Visit the food science office hours in Naples!

Services offered may include:

  • General question and answer session with a food scientist. Topics can include: food safety, food quality, licensing requirements, product development, and more!
  • Food product consultation
  • Basic compositional testing of product (such as pH, water activity)

Can’t make it in-person or need help outside of office hours?
