 Coyote Information by the University of Florida's IFAS

Captured Coyote

This web site was established in order to provide information to the public on one of Florida's newest predators, the coyote (Canis latrans). Additionally, information will be posted periodically. This site will also provide information on the University of Florida's Institute of Food & Agricultural Sciences (IFAS) coyote study in south Florida as well as publications, and meetings regarding coyotes. Contributors to this site are Martin Main, Jeff Mullahey, Joe Shaefer, Mel Sunquist, Steve Coates and the Florida Cooperative Extension Service.
